This is what you can expect:
- You start the program with an intake and body analysis
- You receive a digital lifestyle guide
- You can exercise with a personal training schedule for five weeks
- Your workouts will be focused on losing weight
- You complete the program with an evaluation
- There are no obligations after completing the program
To sign up, you can fill in the form below ('Ik wil me aanmelden'). Click on 'Meld mij aan' to complete your enrollment. You do not have to pay online. The one-time participation fee of 49 euros will be deducted from your gross salary. This way, you benefit from a tax benefit up to 49,5% off. This will be determined by your payroll tax percentage, which can be found on your payslip.
