Do you want to get fit, train your back muscles or reduce back pain?


In 5 weeks you take the first steps towards stronger back muscles, less back pain and an improvement in your overall fitness.

This is what you can expect:

  • You start the program with an intake and back check
  • You receive a digital lifestyle guide
  • You participate in a back-specific (group) training twice a week
  • Your will train with back-specific exercises
  • You complete the program with an evaluation
  • There are no obligations after completing the program

To sign up, you can fill in the form below ('Ik wil me aanmelden'). Click on 'Meld mij aan' to complete your enrollment. You do not have to pay online. The one-time participation fee of 49 euros will be deducted from your gross salary. This way, you benefit from a tax benefit up to 49,5% off. This will be determined by your payroll tax percentage, which can be found on your payslip.
